Whether it’s the “Glistening Waters” three-day tour or the “Godly Forests” four-day tour, both itineraries are scheduled to return to the DoubleTree Los Angeles of Rosemead hotel, where the summer camp is held, by 5:00 PM on the last day of the trip. If you are flying in, please arrange your return flight and airport transportation accordingly based on this time. Please refer to this link for the tour itinerary details.
The location for this conference is DoubleTree Los Angeles of Rosemead, which is approximately equidistant from the two most commonly used international airports (LAX or ONT). Therefore, for convenience, we recommend that attendees consider contacting the Taiwanese-American owned “R.O.T Express” airport shuttle service (TCP 34385). If there are any changes to your itinerary, the operator would like to remind everyone to contact him two weeks before departure to allow sufficient time for adjustments. Additionally, for those participating in post-event tours, please note that the tour bus will pass by Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) before the end of the itinerary, allowing those who need to catch flights home on that day to disembark at the airport. Due to the tour package pricing, which is based on two people sharing one room as the pricing standard. If you are traveling alone, you can choose to accept our arrangement for a roommate, or you may opt to bear the additional cost for single occupancy of a room. The additional cost for your tour is $100 per person for the three-day tour and $200 per person for the four-day tour.
If you wish to share a room with a friend or family member you know when registering, please indicate your willingness to share a room with that roommate. When arranging rooms, we will ensure that both parties agree to share the same room and then make appropriate arrangements. If not specified, we will do our best to assist you in pairing with other solo travelers. If we are unable to find a suitable roommate for you, you can cancel the tour (please refer to the cancellation and refund policy), or choose to pay an additional fee to stay alone in a room (subject to room availability at the hotel).
Children under 12 years old staying in the same room with their parents will receive a discount of $100 for the three-day tour and $200 for the four-day tour.
