Registration Steps

1. Online Registration

Interested participants in attending the conference, please click 'Online Registration' to begin registration. The early bird discount period has ended, but if you have a discount code provided by the co-organizers of the conference, you can still enjoy the early bird discount until the final registration deadline. Please feel free to inquire with the conference for details!
Current scheduled registration deadline: 7/3/2024 11:59 pm.

2. Reserve Hotel

If you require hotel accommodation, the conference venue DoubleTree Los Angeles of Rosemead (888 Montebello Blvd, Rosemead CA 91770) and the nearby Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Los Angeles Rosemead are offering a discounted rate of $169 per night (excluding tax) during the conference period. 3. Payment Instruction

The most convenient payment method is through online payment. If you wish to pay the registration fee via Zelle transfer, please ensure that the recipient's email address (TACWCLA@GMAIL.COM) and account name are Taiwanese American Conference - West Coast.
If you choose to pay by check, please accurately fill in the registration date, amount (in both numerical and English), ensure that the payee is TACWC, and sign the check. Please mail the check to - TACWC c/o FAPA CA-LA, 3001 Walnut Grove Ave #6, Rosemead CA 91770.

4. Flight or Ride

As the hotel where the summer camp is located is situated between the two main international airports in Los Angeles (LAX and ONT), appropriate transportation will be needed to travel between the hotel and the airports.
We recommend that attendees consider contacting "R.O.T Express" airport shuttle service operated by the Taiwanese American owner in Los Angeles (ROT Express TCP 34385). If you require airport pickup, please call the responsible person, Mr. Kageo Lin (626-286-0948; LINE: https://line.me/ti/p/mNgDLpMbSX), to inquire about prices and pickup requirements.

You can also book flights or rental cars through your preferred travel website or travel agency. If you plan to rent a car, the hotel provides free parking until the last day of the post-conference tour, but parking spaces are not guaranteed.

Guests intending to drive to the event are advised to arrive at the hotel early to secure parking, as spaces are more abundant then.

5. Change requests or Quesstions

If you wish to modify the registration information you have already submitted, please email the details you wish to change to TACWCLA@GMAIL.COM or contact us through the official LINE account of the summer camp (https://lin.ee/esJYztF).
We will respond to you as soon as possible! Recently, due to frequent local events, volunteers need more time than expected to handle all registration issues.

If you have already filled out the registration form online and have made payment via Zelle transfer or sent a check, we will promptly confirm and send out the registration confirmation notice once verified. Thank you for your patience!

6. Refund Policies

If you are unable to attend for any reason, please notify us by email at TACWCLA@GMAIL.COM or contact us through the official LINE account of the summer camp (https://lin.ee/esJYztF). Please refer to the following terms and conditions regarding registration cancellations and refunds:


Conference Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation before 5/29: Full refund Cancellation before 6/12: 50% refund Cancellation after 6/12: No refund
